Apple Cinnamon Pork Chops
2 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
1 large apple - peeled, cored, sliced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the chops with apples. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and water. Pour over chops. Cover and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
This has such a wonderful flavor!

I like the way these sound...I will have to try it. I never put the cinnamon with the apples and pork!
