Crumb Topped Scallops



Crumb Topped Scallops

1 pound bay scallops, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon herb seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl combine bread crumbs, parsley, lemon herb seasoning and butter. Mix these ingredients together well.
Stir in scallops and mix well, until they are coated with the crumb mixture.
Place into a casserole dish that has been coated with spray butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
