6 large fresh mushrooms 2 cups pizza sauce 1/4 cup pepperoni, cut into bite size pieces 1/2 cup shredded cheese, pizza blend 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
In a medium size bowl, mix together the pizza sauce, pepperoni, half of the shredded cheese and the grated parmesan cheese. Remove stems from mushrooms (discard stems or save for another use). Fill each mushroom cap with the pizza filling. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.
